When we reached Nizamuddin Railway Station clock was pointing to 6:15 (AM). It took 10 minutes to come outside and take easy cab. We left NS at 6:25 AM and reached NSDL railway station by 6:45. Kalka Shatabdi express is from NSDL to Kalka and departure time was 7:40 AM. Train was supposed to come at platform 2. We had sufficient time and hence opened our food stuffs. We had brought 30 dry chapathis from Bangalore. Dry chapathis will come 7 days without any hardening. "MTR Ready to eat" was there as a subzi.
At sharp 7:30 AM train came and left at 7:40. Breakfast will be served in the train and we forgot this important information. But still we had breakfast, our second breakfast.At first they gave biscuit at 8 AM with dip tea ,milk powder and sugar. After half an hour they served hot water for tea. At 9:30 they served the breakfast i.e. brown bread with butter, tomato sauce, 2 cutlets. It was good. There was one more option in breakfast also i.e. 2 idly and 2 vada. I loved the cutlet and took Vineeth's 2 and Guru's 1 cutlet. After having your breakfast , they will ask you to fill a feedback form also. I found food very interesting but toilet was not clean. You will get charging point and seat was very much comfortable.
We passed Panipat, Kurukshetra, Ambala, Chandigarh station to reach Kalka at 12:00. There was a small stop in Chandigarh. I liked Chandigarh for the beauty it possess. I was mesmerized by seeing the beautiful girls.
